About

I am a Senior Research Officer at the Centre for Microsimulation and Policy Analysis (CeMPA) at the Institute for Social and Economic Research (ISER), University of Essex. Previously, I worked as a researcher at the Center for Applied Public Economics (CAPE), UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles, where I obtained my PhD in Economics. I am also a member of the Center for Research in Economics (CEREC), the International Microsimulation Association (IMA), the European Economic Association (EEA), the Canadian Economics Association (CEA), and the British Academy Early Career Researcher Network (ECRN).
In 2023/24 (fall), I visited the Department of Applied Economics at HEC Montréal.
My research is at the intersection of public and labour economics, with a focus on taxation, microsimulation modelling, and income inequalities. As personal interests, I am also fond of behavioural economics, economic history, and football economics.
